My style is warm, supportive, direct and clear. As the client, you are entirely in the driver seat, moving the session in the direction you would like to go. I am the tour guide, helping us to stay on track and asking important questions along the way. I am open to all issues, struggles, perspectives and walks of life. I offer a gentle, non-judgmental approach; our confidential sessions are based your comfort level.

In our sessions together we will work on: developing skills to trust yourself and follow your instincts, learning to make better use of your resources, recognizing and changing unhelpful patterns, finding your own strengths in times of doubt and despair, practicing grounding exercises in times of stress and worry, and creating a toolbox of coping skills you know work well for you.
