Hello Mamas! When was the last time you put yourself first and gave yourself the time to do something you love? When was the last time you felt like you had the mental space for more than just what to make for dinner and organizing the weekly calendar? A spa day, a glass of wine, and a bubble bath might help every now and again, but how about laying down the foundation to feel better every day? If you have been feeling burnt out, run down, and spread too thin, you are in the right place. This 8-week self-care series is designed for busy moms/caretakers who have been finding themselves last on their ever-growing list of priorities for too long. Over the course of 8 consecutive weeks, this online group will guide you through your journey to creating a self-care plan that feels realistic, manageable, and relevant. Take the first step towards getting back to YOU.
Group details:
- 8-week online group starting Sunday August 4th
- Group will meet online only, Sundays 8:30pm – 9:30pm Central
- Created and facilitated by a clinical therapist and full time mom
What to expect:
- A warm, supportive group environment to discuss personal challenges and triumphs.
- Education on the 6 Realms of Wellness
- A space to explore and reflect on current obstacles to self-care.
- A detailed, personalized self-care plan tailored to your needs and busy life.
- Tools to help calm your breathing and regulate your nervous system.
- A place to share learning experiences and learn from others.
- So much more!
Who is this for:
- Geared specifically towards busy moms/caretakers.
- Must be an Indiana resident.
- No previous therapy experience needed.
- During group time, must have access to:
- A quiet, private space
- A computer/tablet with a microphone (video access)
- A strong Wi-Fi connection
Cost:
- This group will cost $35 per session.
- Total for 8-week series ($280) must be paid in full by August 1
- Currently not accepting insurance for this group
